Oh bloody hell, used 2-3 years in a row... I wouldn't mind if track wasn't 75% of the time flatout. :|
So many beautiful Aston rev tracks... never used, it's a crime.
It's no secret AS7 is my favorite track. However, AS7R is not and I don't mind AS7R instead of FE3 either. The FE3 chicane is horrid danger and you know we don't need that in this high caliber league.
And if you're so anti AS7/R :|, which I only suggested because it consists of same type of corners as FE3 does, then there are some other tracks, like KY2R or whatevers. :P
On other subject, AS4 has been overused and I suggest AS6/AS5R/AS6R instead for the 12hours race. AS5R perhaps the best to keep both cars equal?
Meh, another difficult race ahead for Fernando... RedBull in their own league. Three drivers in front to pass, two, even three to hold off.. Just to keep decent points lead to Vettel and with Korea, India, Abu Dhabi all after this it just smells like 2010 all over again. C'mon Ferrari, WAKE UP!!!
Baring in mind it's the only open config of the season, as a person who had 22FPS at the start of last GT2WS, which climbed up gradually to drivable 40ish FPS I'd say it's actually the best place to have an open config is a 24hours race. After couple of hours cars get spread out and this isn't so very much of an issue anymore then, whilst if the race was shorter it would pretty much be over right there or in a little bit.
On the other note, FE3 is a little bit ridiculous, or any fern bay track and GTR in a combo for that messure. Would much rather see AS7/AS7R instead for example if you want a twisty track with few slow corners, a lot of fast corners and even extra corks crew challenge with properly allocated anti-cut tires, instead of FE3 ludicrous chicane.
And can we please change the track for the finale. AS4, which was used a number of times in IGTC is basically just endless straights track with interesting mid sector (which isn't even that interesting anymore as we used that level of DF there for ages in IGTC race and MoE 24h so very many times... AS5R/AS6R is way more interesting for a 12hours race if you ask someone who did IGTC/MoE there so very many times and if you're so very much OMFG nooo, not the rev track, then why not give AS6 a shot. Such a beautiful, twisty track, yet fast track, rarely used.
P.S. Before some of you come here and start ranting how great Fern Bay is and how much you love it, erm Isaac mostly ;D or how cool it is to have a race at each on of the LFS tracks, let me state some downsides to this track. It's the narrowest track anyone has ever seen and that is the core of all problems. Well, it wouldn't be too much of an issue if there wasn't for that horrible chicane. Tires are trown there at will and people are killed like in WW2. Yeah, ok, it can be little bit fixed with layout, but still it's absolutely horrible when you think it's only a 2nd corner after the race start, when mostly everyone is still side by side. It's the most difficult track to overtake as well, giving one half chance and baring in mind how narrow it is, quite easily defendable giving only one half opportunity around the outside of T1 to overtake and that only if fuel/tires state is much different and if your opponent isn't really willing to squeeze you off the road out of the T1 or if he's willing to slot in behind in chicane. Anyway, hard to overtake, ok no problem I say, but the possibility that your race can be hampered any time by a driver in front trowing a tire at you (in most cases will be a backmarker not willing to move out of the way soon enough) is absolutely terrifying and very unjust.
Therefor I believe AS7 is a whole lot more elegant solution to the problem.
Lol folks this is basically revival and tune-up of old MoE (before Ben and all the multiclass shenanigance (yes i didn't spell that right)) when cyber-racing was the greatest and obviously we don't need MoE any longer then.
It's actually lovely that NDR boys didn't just take MoE name, rather filling the hole with something good-old-new in a brand new packet and leaving doors open to Ben and MoE to make a comeback any time they want or who knows making competition to them in future with new patch or making merge or you know possibilities are endless.
He failed Singapore again. And so will Japan or Korea, or both.
Look back Alonso in Renault, he dominated both Piquet and Grosjean. Not saying that this would happen to Hulkenberg, but he seems to take little bit of time to get used to the car, again look back Williams or Force India, yet he delivers. And perhaps in 3 years time he could be the lead driver of Ferrari. That's what I think is best for them.
Bozhidar pliiiiiiiis... he can't messure with GT2WS in that situation obviously.
Rony what I'm saying it's not even best for his team to do that. Almost noone showed up. But, what do I know. Let's move on. Next round will be better.
It doesnt show anything else other than ur not willing to make compromise on which everyone would profit (NOT ONLY YOUR TEAM)!
I don't even care anymore. Just don't try to justify any longer.
The race was fairly fun from my point of view and it's a shame Michel flipped our car late in the race. Inexperience got to us I guess.
The championship is on a really high level, pace and everything else wise and I congratulate to ineX and GenR Am and everyone who managed to ever finish on podium.
Thank you to admins for hosting, you guys are setting benchmark for sure in that department.
Mikko if we thought the same we wouldn't have collided.
EDIT: I thought you would notice that it would lead to disaster if you didn't lift or brake in time. In real life you would have surely be killed in that crash. Something to think about.
It was just fun for me to make you work for your pass no matter the pace you have, as well as it was fun to battle out with Krasi. Otherwise, the race would have been a hell of a bore, like the first hour was when I had to stay away from everyone with my already pathetic fps problems.

Brief Description of Incident
I take one defense move and one back resuming with racing line and no 18 comes from a long way back to tap me.
I think he did some sort of divebomb into the little kink with very early pull out.
He had about 2-3 sec to back out of it, still he kept the foot down.
I just held my line.
Perez is just a goddamn epic charger. When everyone else is tired his tires only just start working. I can't wait to see him drive the best car in the field next year. The last stint passes for victory, ala Kimi, or for podium. First time ever I'm so excited about McLaren.
